Our new multi-channel order management system combines your eBay and Amazon Marketplace orders into one control panel making it a one-stop-shop for managing all your shipping.
You can add all your accounts from multiple marketplaces. Right now we've got eBay and Amazon, but we're planning on adding many more.
Orders from your eBay and Amazon accounts are automatically imported to the 'Your Orders' page.
Despatch Bay gives you greater control over your multi-channel orders. Want to merge two separate orders into one? You can do that in a couple of clicks. Want to part ship an order? You can do that too without the worry of losing visibility.
When your parcels get scanned as collected we’ll even mark your orders as despatched and push the tracking information back into eBay and Amazon for you saving you time and keeping your customers informed.
