• UK Packets

  Despatch Bay Packets is a bulk packet collection service for regular senders of multiple small items. Each packet can be up to 1.5kg in weight and 5L in volume. Simply place all your packets into a box or sack and Parcelforce will collect them in bulk. Once at the depot, the packets are split, sorted and sent directly to the recipients.

  Our packets are fully tracked and are delivered by the postman in 2-3 days. Pricing is fixed at only 2.60 per packet. The box collection charge costs as little as 3.10 depending on your monthly shipping volume.

• UK Parcels

  We offer two great international services — Euro By Road and International By Air. We use live service availability from DHL which instantly shows you any extra charges involved like remote areas. No nasty surprises.

  With our pallet service you can send shipments of up to 1000kg & 120x100x200cm! With a 2 day turn around it's a great way to move large heavy shipments at low costs.
