I'd like to say that I find the Despatch Bay experience/team second to none - the user interface is great and the customer services are always fantastic!

The service and assistance I received both this morning and this afternoon (both user issues not DB issues) was excellent and I would like to sincerely thank your staff for their patience professionalism and excellent standards, very very high. Thanks very much.

Having had deliveries made by numerous carriers it is refreshing to find staff that can undertake the delivery instructions added to a despatch note. Not only did your driver place our delivery in the car port and lock the gates after him but he also ensured the items left were placed out of sight of prying eyes. Please ensure you convey my appreciation to the driver for his excellent customer service.

Superb service, fastest ever received, best information updates ever received and then was emailed to say the parcel had been delivered - first time I have ever had that happen and invaluable if the item had gone astray.
