You can ship your Printed Postage Impressions (PPI) mail through Despatch Bay if you have a Royal Mail PPI contract. This means you can still benefit from all of the magic Despatch Bay has to offer when sending your PPI shipments.
Can I use this service?
This service is only available if you have your own PPI contract with Royal Mail. If you don't have a PPI contract please visit Royal Mail's website for more information.
How much does this service cost?
The label printing service is completely free. You will however, still be charged by Royal Mail, per the terms of your existing PPI contract.
How do I use this service?
To use our PPI mail service, you will need to create a Despatch Bay account. You then need to activate the service by entering your Royal Mail PPI account number, once it's activated, you can begin.
Once the courier is active, you would ship how you would normally with Despatch Bay. You simply just have to select available services from the "Royal Mail PPI" courier. Don't worry if you haven't used Despatch Bay before, there are lots of useful hints and tips along the way.
